WBAL-TV Baltimore uncovers new questions about the system intended to hold Maryland's judges accountable, which helps explain why people don't hear a lot about judges whose conduct raises concern. MCASA has worked with Mr. Trimble and Montgomery County delegates to develop legislation to help support sexual assault survivors in the juvenile justice system.  MCASA is hopeful that a bill to address this will be introduced next session.
