Maryland's General Assembly starts its 2024 session today!
It's time to take action and make real progress in our great state. This year, MCASA will be advocating to create a statutory definition of consent in sex crimes laws; protect funding for rape crisis centers; and update our laws to respond to technology. We have a lot to do in the next 90 days, and we need your help to get it done!
